What types of items do you buy? +
Apple devices only — specifically MacBook Pro or MacBook Air laptops, and iMac desktop computers that are 5 years old or newer.
What used devices are in stock right now? +
We don't keep our website updated with current inventory because it rotates rapidly. The best way to check what refurbished Macs are available is to give us a call or stop by the store.
Do used devices come with a warranty? +
Yes! We offer a 90-day warranty on all of our used devices. Diagnostics are run and all hardware is fully screened before we accept and resell them.
What if my device isn't eligible for trade-in? +
Items not eligible for trade-in or cash purchase can be dropped off at our location for responsible recycling free of charge.
