How mail-in repair works
Simple, transparent, no surprises. Four steps from your front door to fixed.
Contact Us First
Call or email before shipping. Describe your issue so we can confirm we're the right fit, provide a shipping address, and set expectations on turnaround and cost.
Pack & Ship Your Device
Use original Apple box or padded anti-static wrap inside a rigid box. Include your name, phone number, a brief description of the issue, and your return address. Ship via FedEx or UPS with tracking and insurance.
We Diagnose & Quote
We'll inspect your device, run our standard diagnostics, and contact you with a clear written quote before any work begins. Nothing happens without your approval.
Repair & Return Ship
Once you approve, we complete the repair using genuine Apple parts. We'll package it securely and ship it back to you with a tracking number. Typical return shipping is 2–5 business days within Alaska.

How to safely pack your Mac or iPhone
- ✓ Use the original Apple box if you still have it — it's designed to protect that exact device.
- ✓ No Apple box? Use 2+ inches of bubble wrap around the device inside a rigid cardboard box.
- ✓ Include a note with your name, phone number, email, and a brief description of the issue.
- ✓ Ship via FedEx or UPS with tracking. Insure for the full value of the device.
- ✓ Do NOT include power cords, cases, or accessories unless they're part of the issue.
- ✓ Back up your data before shipping if at all possible. We handle your device with care, but it's always good practice.
