SSD Upgrade Frequently Asked Questions

If my MacBook has soldered storage, how can I expand my space? +

For newer MacBooks with soldered storage, we configure ultra-fast external SSDs that mount seamlessly, or set up secure cloud synchronization (iCloud Drive) and local network storage (Synology NAS) to offload large libraries automatically.

Does an SSD upgrade void my warranty? +

No. If your Mac is out-of-warranty, an upgrade simply extends its lifespan. For newer machines, having work done by an Apple Authorized Service Provider ensures that any warranty terms remain intact.

Does the pricing include transferring my data? +

Yes. All our SSD upgrade packages include a complete migration of your existing user account, applications, files, and operating system configuration to the new drive, so your MacBook functions exactly as it did before — just much faster.
